About you
You will be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, a commitment to safety and a willingness to perform to a consistently high standard.
You are a fantastic communicator who has a strong work ethic and enjoys working inn a team-based environment.
You have a good eye for detail and fantastic time management skills to achieve all required activities with minimal supervision.
You enforce safe work processes and practices to maintain a safe and friendly work setting.
You will ideally have experience on Cessna 208 Caravans and Garmin equipment and hold an unrestricted B2 licence.

Your responsibilities will include:
A combination of line and base maintenance
Team coordination and oversight
Identifying defects and discrepancies
Conduct certification of maintenance tasks
Recognise and report workplace health and safety hazards, incidents and accidents
Work to outcomes whilst ensuring highest quality of workmanship
Commitment to being part of a team-oriented organisation seeking continuous improvement
Ability to undertake travel to other company locations on occasions
