About us
4 Ways Fresh is an established horticultural production and fresh-produce enterprise operating at Virginia, SA, growing cucumbers, capsicums and other vegetables.
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of our production and packing operations at our Virginia operation.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day production and packing operations
• Coordinate and roster staff and oversee workflow and output targets
• Direct and train staff to meet quality, productivity and safety standards
• Ensure work health and safety, food safety and biosecurity compliance
• Coordinate maintenance and report faults
• Maintain production and quality records
Skill & Experience
About you
• Have at least a relevant AQF Certificate III qualification or equivalent; or 3 years of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification




• Supervisory experience in a production or packing environment
• Knowledge of WHS and food-safety requirements
• Ability to coordinate and direct a team
• Reliable, safety-focused and organised
Remuneration & hours
• Salary package: from $71,550 per annum plus superannuation (paid in accordance with
the applicable Award; commensurate with skills and experience)
• Full-time, ongoing position
• Hours: 38 ordinary hours per week, averaged over a 4-week cycle (152 hours per 4 weeks), plus guaranteed overtime of approximately 8 hours per week (paid at overtime rates) — around 46 hours per week in total.
