Warehouse Operator

We're looking for a reliable and high-performing Warehouse Operations professional to join our QLD team — someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and accuracy, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced operation.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our warehouse operations.
You'll play a key part in ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately, helping us deliver on our promise to customers.
Working closely with Logistics, Production, and Head Office teams, you'll contribute to the smooth flow of goods while maintaining a safe, organised, and high-performing warehouse environment.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Receive stock from suppliers and interstate warehouses
Store and manage inventory in line with safety standards and procedures
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy and care
Load and unload trucks and containers, including long-length materials (up to 6m)
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory tracking
Coordinate freight and support timely order fulfilment
Assist with customer enquiries,



walk-in orders, and special requests
Proactively identify and escalate safety, quality, or delivery issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace
About You
You're someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and takes ownership of your work.
You're comfortable working independently, but you also value being part of a strong, supportive team.
You will bring:
A current LF Forklift Licence
Experience handling long-length materials (up to 6m)
At least 3 years' experience in warehousing or logistics (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right
Solid communication and intermediate IT skills, with ERP experience (Infor highly regarded)

Understand Lean practices and continuous improvement
Are proactive, organised, and results-driven attitude
