Opportunities
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for:
FIFO opportunities from Brisbane
DIDO opportunities from Cairns and Darwin
Site-based roles
Shutdown, project and long-term assignments
Immediate starts and upcoming vacancies
Assignments range from short-term shutdown coverage and project-based work through to long-term placements.
With a strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors, we can offer a range of assignments to suit your experience, availability and preferred work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:
Provide practical HSE advice and support to project teams.
Assist with hazard identification, risk assessments and implementation of control measures.
Facilitate site inductions and promote a strong safety culture across the workforce.
Participate in pre-start meetings,
toolbox talks and HSE meetings.
Conduct site inspections, safety observations and compliance audits.
Support the implementation of project HSE plans, procedures and emergency response processes.
Investigate incidents and assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records and reporting requirements.
Communicate safety alerts, lessons learned, and industry best practices to employees and contractors.
Monitor compliance with legislative, client and project health and safety requirements.
About You
To be considered, you will demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years' experience in an HSE Advisor role within construction or project environments.
Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher qualification).
Strong understanding of WHS/HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience implementing and maintaining HSE management systems.
Skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control processes.
Experience conducting incident investigations (ICAM experience highly regarded).
HSE auditing experience is advantageous.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
