Do you have lived experience of mental health challenges and a passion for supporting others on their wellbeing and recovery journey?
We are seeking aSelf-Empower Now (SEN) Support Officerto be the primary point of contact for participants undertaking our Self-Empower Now (SEN) program.
This program aims to build the skills and capacity of mental health consumers to advocate at an individual and systems level.
This role is perfect for someone who combines strong administration and customer service skills with a genuine commitment to empowerment, inclusion and consumer-led approaches.
About the Role
As the SEN Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring participants have a positive, supportive and engaging experience throughout their involvement in the SEN program.
You will:
Support participants to register, onboard and successfully complete SEN program modules.
Respond to participant enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
Assist participants to navigate learning systems and troubleshoot access issues.
Manage enrolments, records, databases and program documentation.
Monitor participant engagement and completion rates.
Support workshops, events and online learning activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and participant experiences.




About You
You are a people-focused professional who enjoys providing exceptional support and ensuring others feel welcomed, informed and empowered.
To be successful, you will have:
Experience in administration, customer service, program support or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience managing enquiries and delivering responsive customer support.
Confidence using databases, online platforms and digital systems.
A collaborative and team-focused approach.
Lived experience of mental health challenges.
Desirable
Experience supporting learning management systems (LMS) or training programs.
Understanding of consumer participation.
Experience working in the not-for-profit, mental health or community services sector.
