An exciting opportunity exists for a customer focused individual with customer or internal sales experience to join a growing family-owned and operated Western Australian business supplying building materials and timber products to builders and trades.
This is far more than a traditional client service role.
You'll become the trusted link between clients, suppliers and internal teams, managing the client experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Role description:Manage client enquiries, quotations and orders while coordinating supply, deliveries and internal teams to ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities will include:● Responding to client enquiries via phone, email and in person● Preparing quotations and accurately processing client orders● Coordinating product supply, deliveries and client requirements● Building solid relationships with builders, trades and key accounts● Resolving client issues through proactive communication and problem solving
This role will suit someone with all or some of the following:● Experience in client service, internal sales,



trade supplies or distribution● Strong communication and relationship-building skills● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail (good with numbers)● A proactive and solutions-focused approach● The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
