We are looking for an experienced part time receptionist who is driven in providing high level of customer service to our patients
Tasks & responsibilities
Reception, answering phone enquiries and booking patient appointments
Processing private patient billing and Medicare payments
Faxing and Scanning
Reconciling of payments and banking
General reception/administration duties
Qualifications & experience
Experience in medical administration highly regarded
Experience with Best Practice
Caring and compassionate manner
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work in a busy setting
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Self motivated and customer service driven
