About the Role
As a Psychologist at ESA, you'll support children, young people, and their families to build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Working acrossclinic and community settings, you'll deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention services as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments for autism, ADHD, intellectual developmental disorders, and other developmental concerns
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Develop and review individualised goals with families and key stakeholders
Prepare reports and clinical documentation
Collaborate with allied health professionals and educators
Support children and young people aged 2-16 years to achieve meaningful participation in everyday activities
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About You
Tertiary qualification in Psychology
CurrentGeneral registrationwith AHPRA
Passion for working with children and families
Experience delivering therapeutic interventions and assessments
Experience working with neurodevelopmental conditions is highly regarded
ADOS and/or MIGDAS training is advantageous but not essential
Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
