About the Role
We are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to analyse business requirements, identify technology
solutions, and support the delivery of digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements.
Prepare business and functional specifications.
Review and improve business processes.
Liaise with stakeholders, developers and project teams.
Support testing, implementation and system enhancements.
Develop process maps, workflow documentation and reports.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Experience with requirements gathering and process analysis.
