About the Role
Due to expanding and upcoming pipeline of work we are currently seeking an experiencedTrades Assistant / Painter Blasterto join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a robust background in painting and blasting who is looking for stable, ongoing work in a positive team environment.
What We're Looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience inpainting and abrasive blasting
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship




Ability to work effectively within a team
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Automotive painters are strongly encouraged to apply
Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)

Work-Life Balance:4-on / 3-off roster — every weekend off, no surprises
12-hour shifts
2 weeks day shift / 1 week night shift rotation
Local (in-town) work only – home every night
$40–$44 per hour flat rate(based on experience)
Overtime paid on top of flat rate
