What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, and you'll own what comes your way.
TroubleshootMicrosoft 365, desktop, email and basic server issuesraised via phone and email requests
Resolve as much as possible atfirst contact
Delivering exceptional customer serviceto improve personal CSAT scores
Manage your tickets effectively withinConnectwise
Document clearlyso others can step in when needed
Escalate when required,with context and care
What you'll bring
Solid IT fundamentals (Microsoft 365, AD, desktop, basic networking)
Basic understanding of troubleshooting principles across;server backup, Active Directory, DNS, mail flow and Microsoft desktop products
A structured, logical approach totroubleshooting
Clear and professional communication
A strong sense ofownership and follow-through




The ability to stay steady when things get busy
Bonus if you have:
Exposure toMSP environments, backup systems, or AV/MDR
Certifications(Microsoft, Jamf, Sophos, Veeam)
Experiencewriting scripts to automate repetitive tasks (Powershell, Bash, Python)
