About the opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an individual experienced as Factory Hand.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the following-
Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Maintain a friendly, co-operative, customer-focused attitude at all times with emphasis on portraying willingness to help
· Ensure that the quality of service meets the company's required standards as defined
· Refer to work orders or procedural instructions appropriate for each job, function or assignment before commencing work.
· Assist in the warehouse in carrying out high quality work in a professional and safe manner whilst being courteous and polite at all times
· Follow all company policies and procedures
· Follow all WH&S; guidelines and procedures and inform HR of any hazards or incidents relating to your duties and your own safety
· Read and understand company policy and procedures manuals including the OHSE Management plan




· Wear and maintain the company uniform whilst on duty
· Keep a high standard of company protocol to ensure the company's image is maintained
· On completion of job ensure work area is left in a clean and tidy manner as was on arrival
· Avoid damage to products where possible.
Advise the branch immediately of any accidents or damage to any persons or property
· Perform other reasonable duties as required by your manager.
About you:
· Have a level of skill commensurate with 3 to 5 years' Service/ Technical / Electrical exposure/ experience
· Hold a current valid driver's license
· Requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, and setting of priorities
· Required to exercise valuable time management
· Requires interpersonal skills
· Should possess sound coordination and communication skills.
· Computer skills are essential.
