Your Role




As the Store Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations at our Joondalup store, ensuring first-class customer service and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service and expert product recommendations
Lead, train, and motivate your team
Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
Oversee rosters, administration, and store presentation
Drive sales, local marketing, and social media engagement
Meet and exceed store KPIs and performance targets
What You Bring
Proven retail management experience
Strong sales and customer service background
Experience leading high-performing teams
Knowledge of supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)
Solid understanding of sports nutrition and wellness products
Nutrition and/or fitness qualifications (a bonus)
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
