We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our property management portfolio organically, build lasting client relationships, and convert referrals into long-term managements.

What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in growing our property management division by identifying, nurturing and converting new rental opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong referral relationships to obtain self generating leads to convert
Converting landlord and investor enquiries into recent managements - we have been averaging ***** per month
Conducting rental appraisals and presenting our property management services
Developing relationships with investors, buyer's agents, developers and local businesses
Working closely with our experienced property management team to ensure seamless onboarding through to leased
Delivering a personalised, professional experience from first enquiry through to management commencement

Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in real estate, property management, leasing or residential sales and self generating business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
Confidence presenting to landlords and investors
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to grow the business
A current WA Real Estate Registration or Property Management Registration (or Licence)
