About the Role
As our Wedding & Events Coordinator, you'll become the face of Eagle Ridge for our wedding clients, corporate events and retreats, and accommodation guests.
From the moment a couple enquires to the final planning meeting before their wedding, from a company's first enquiry through to a fully planned retreat or conference, or from an accommodation booking through to arrival, you'll help create seamless, memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
You will be responsible for:
Converting wedding and event enquiries into confirmed bookings.Growing corporate retreats, conferences and private events.Increasing accommodation occupancy and booking revenue.Managing client relationships and planning documentation.Creating accurate, professional handovers for the Venue Manager.Building repeat business and long-term commercial partnerships.Improving systems, processes and the overall guest journey.




Your Mission
Your mission is to fill the Eagle Ridge calendar with wedding, private and corporate event bookings.
You will take ownership of the client journey and ensure that every enquiry is handled quickly, professionally and provide a warm and welcoming customer journey for our guests.
It is a hands-on sales, planning and relationship-management position for someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver consistently without being closely supervised.
About You
We are looking for a proven performer who is ready to lead the bookings pipeline, deliver results and help build something extraordinary.
You're someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome and creating unforgettable experiences.
You're organised without being rigid, calm under pressure and naturally build strong relationships with people.
You'll be comfortable hosting a venue tour for an excited couple one day and a corporate CEO the next.
You'll have experience in:

Experience with event management software, booking platforms or CRM systems will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
