About the Role
Goodline is seeking a professional and highly organised Receptionist to join our Head Office team on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a energetic and varied role suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional administrative and customer service support.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing front-of-house reception duties, including welcoming visitors and assisting employees
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Coordinating general office requirements, including ordering uniforms, stationery, supplies, and scheduling equipment servicing
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and completing banking tasks
Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events and functions
Providing general administrative support to the wider business as required
