This is your chance to own the marketing for our real estate listings, while also supporting our sales team with day-to-day administration.
This role is all about variety.
One moment you're designing a brochure or filming a property video; the next you're helping a property move one step closer to settlement.
You'll shape how our listings look and feel across every platform from campaign materials, social media to video content — while also becoming a trusted part of the sales process behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:
Creating marketing collateral to support property acquisition and drive business development.
Owning our social media strategy — content that has personality and connects with our audience.
Producing video content, including property videos and 360° tours.
Writing engaging property descriptions and managing online reviews.
Keeping our website and third-party platforms accurate and up to date.
Supporting the sales team with contract and Form 1 preparation, conveyancer liaison and general office admin.
What you'll bring:




Solid Canva skills and a sharp eye for design.
A genuine feel for what makes social content perform.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload, as well as collaborate as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Real estate or admin experience is desirable, but not essential.
