Join our establishedNoosa clinicas ourOffice Managerand take the lead in the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health practice.
This is a full-time opportunity to step into a well-supported clinic with a collaborative team of 6–8 clinicians, including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists.
You'll work alongside the Practice Leader to ensure the clinic runs smoothly while leading a dedicated team of 3 administration professionals.
What You'll Do
Lead front desk operations and oversee the daily running of the clinic
Support, coach and develop a team of 3 administration staff
Manage billing processes including HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover and third-party funding
Coordinate rostering, onboarding and training
Monitor KPIs and contribute to clinic performance
Build strong relationships with referrers and support clinic communication
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and patient experience
About YouExperience in medical, allied health or customer service leadership is highly regarded
Previous Office Manager or administration leadership experience is desirable, but not essential—we'll train the right person
Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with a passion for supporting both patients and your team
