As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will work closely with management to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all front-of-house services.
This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring a confident leader who can adapt to a variety of service styles while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Our venue caters for our Private Members and House Guests:
Breakfast, lunch and a la carte dinner 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the front-of-house team across all service areas.
Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service.
Delegate tasks effectively and motivate staff during both quiet shifts and busy service periods.
Ensure efficient operation of the café, restaurant, bars and function services.
Operate and update POS system with daily specials.
Assist with staff training, rostering support and daily team supervision.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and beverage service.
Assist with stock control and venue operations as required.
About You




To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum3–5 years' experiencein a Food & Beverage Supervisor or senior hospitality role.
Strong all-round hospitality experience across restaurants, cafés, bars and functions.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and delegate within a busy team environment.
Experience using POS systems.
Excellent wine knowledge.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
A professional, hands-on approach with solid attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly between casual dining, premium restaurant service and large events.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Current RSA certificate.
