About the Role
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Picking, checking and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Preparing online orders for Australia Post and courier collection.
Coordinating customer collections.
Accurately checking garments before they are sent for embroidery or printing.
Carefully checking embroidered garments upon their return to ensure quality and accuracy.
Processing invoices and completing dispatch documentation.
Receiving and checking incoming stock.
Maintaining an organised, clean and effective dispatch area.
Working closely with our sales, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
Has good computer skills and is confident learning new systems.
Works well in a team and enjoys supporting others.
Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
Can prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Is reliable, motivated and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Has previous warehouse, dispatch or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
