PetO Geelongis now looking for anexperienced Pet Stylist Managerwho is passionate about animal welfare, customer experience, and delivering high-quality grooms every time.
Our grooming salon is co-located within our high-traffic pet store, offering a steady client base, a familiar environments for pets, and the support of a national brand.
Our onsite veterinary support is also available for advice, reassurance and escalation when needed.
Grooming menu includes services from bath, blow dry and de-sheds to style, breed and comb grooms, hygiene, flea rinse treatment and more.

We are on the lookout for a passionateManagerto join our team on a permanent fulltime basis and provide top-notch grooming services for our furry customers.




This role will oversee the booking management system and loyalty program, clients liaison, team management and the skills development of staff members, stock management, salon cleanliness, safety and presentation, as well as the general performance and profitability of the salon.

About You:
Agenuine animal loverwith a passion for pets and grooming.
Minimum 3 years of experience in pet grooming andadvanced scissoring techniques and specific breed clips
Experiences managing a grooming salon andteam building abilities.
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service with a"customer-first" attitude.
Comfortable workinga Tuesday to Saturday roster
