About the role (Can be offered for 30 hours per week 8am-2pm daily)
Grow Medical Group, a leading provider of integrated mental healthcare services, is seeking an experienced Administration/Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team in Banksia Grove, Western Australia.
This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our medical practice and providing exceptional patient care.
Our clinic is a mental health and GP clinic hub with onsite psychiatry, psychology, mental health nurse, pharmacist and GP services.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and managing patient flow in a professional and courteous manner
Handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records
Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management, accounts and credit control.
Providing support to the nursing and medical staff as needed
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
Processing of EasyClaim payments, end of day and banking responsibilities.
Stock control - ordering of administration consumables
Contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of service delivered to our patients
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a medical reception
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong computer skills,



including proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical practice management software - Must have Best Practice software experience
Demonstrated time management and organisational abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively
A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with medical terminology and a basic understanding of medical procedures and patient care
