We are seeking talented Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Techniciansto join our rapid-growing team.
This role is essential in ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems while maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation, Service & Repairs:Install, service, and repair domestic and light commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure efficient system performance.
Customer Communication & Service Excellence:Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication on system issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
Technical Support & Coordination:Collaborate with the Airconditioning Manager and Service Coordinator to ensure timely job scheduling, efficient service delivery, and quality control.
Assist in the training of apprentices and junior technicians.
Qualifications & Experience:
Trade qualification as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician or Electricians with a split ticket (UEE***** Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems).
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
Restricted Electrical Licence
White Card (Construction Industry Induction) preferred.
Valid driver's licence.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning
Experience in domestic installation
Skills:
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
