Due to our ongoing expansion, we havean opportunityfor aRoad and Site Sweeper Operator to join our team in the relaxed southern suburb ofVictor Harbor.
The successful candidate should bereliable, flexible to do rostered, on call work and overtime and have a passion for driving large vehicles.
Oh, and please bring along yourHR drivers' licence and White Card.
While experience as a Sweeper Operator with some dual steering knowledge is desirable, we welcome applicants with...truck driving experience and current truck licence, ability to drive manual vehicles and a willingness to learn.

Main Responsibilities of the Role are:
Performing of all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled and as per client needs
Performing any general labouring duties that may be required
Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers
The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites where required
Performing all required start-up, wash-down, end of shift, and routine maintenance procedures
To be great at this role, you must:
Have a current South AustralianHR license or higher and a White card
Have minimum of 12 months truck driving experience or if no/minimal experience, bring a willingness to be trained (council garbage truck experience or dual steering is a bonus).
To includemanualdriving ability.
Be able to work independently
Display a sense of urgency, reliability and punctuality in your work
Be willing to work early start day shifts and have flexibility for weekend work (essential)
Have a good energy and fitness level
Continual safety awareness
Having a mechanical background is a bonus
Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
No sweeping experience is necessary—we will provide the training!
