Qualified Educator Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and qualified educator to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
You will work alongside a supportive and experienced team to deliver high quality education and care in a welcoming, inclusive, and professional early learning setting.
Applicants must hold an approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification and have, or be eligible to obtain, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) before commencing employment.
Positions are available on a full-time, part-time and Casual basis and offer ongoing professional development, career progression opportunities, and the chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Qualified Educator Responsibilities
As a Qualified Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
Planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging play-based learning experiences
Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observing, documenting,



and reflecting on children's learning and development
Supporting children's individual needs, interests, and wellbeing throughout the day
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
Following all service policies, procedures, and child safety requirements
Working collaboratively with the educational team to implement the approved learning framework
Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to continuous improvement within the service
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standard, the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
What We're Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Educators who demonstrate:
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
A positive attitude and commitment to providing high quality education and care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Sound knowledge of the approved learning frameworks, the National Quality Framework, and best practice in early childhood education
Strong observation, documentation, and planning skills
A current approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (Certificate III or Diploma)
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain one before commencement
A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualification (or willingness and able to obtain)
Australian Government's National Child Safety Training- Geccko Child Safety Certificate
Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting is highly regarded; however,



we also encourage newly qualified educators who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children to apply.

As part of our commitment to child safety and compliance, all team members are required to complete the Australian Government's National Child Safety Training.
This mandatory training supports educators to strengthen safeguarding practices, understand their legal child safety obligations, and develop the knowledge and confidence to identify, prevent, and respond to child safety concerns.
The training is completed online through the Geccko platform and forms an important part of our child-safe culture and commitment to protecting children.
