The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Inspire students to develop a positive attitude towards mathematics
Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
Contribute to the wider life of the school and department
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
