About the role
Nightowl Gladstone is seeking two enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our team in Gladstone, QLD ****.
In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our retail store.
First position 25 hours plus.
Second position 15 to 20 hours.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and well-organised store environment
Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Collaborating with the team to provide a seamless shopping experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
Food handling experience required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent time management and organisation skills
A friendly, patient and helpful attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
