As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experiencedSenior Construction Supervisor / Lead Carpenterto join our leadership team.
About the Role
Working closely with our Construction & Project Manager, you'll oversee approximatelyfive to six active construction siteswhile leadingthree carpentry crewsacross a variety of residential and commercial projects.
You'll coordinate daily site activities, maintain exceptional workmanship standards, mentor apprentices and ensure every project reflects the quality our clients have come to expect.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions while being supported by an experienced management team.
About You
You'll be a qualified carpenter with at least10 years' industry experienceand a passion for quality construction.
You'll also bring:
Proven experience leading carpentry teams.
Residential and commercial construction experience.
Solid understanding of WHS obligations.
Experience mentoring apprentices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.




Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Pride in delivering exceptional workmanship.
