Lead, coach and mentor educators.
Deliver engaging educational programs aligned to the EYLF.
Build strong relationships with children and families.

Essential Requirements:
Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children's Services Employee Level 4+)
ORGraduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience
Experience (within a long day care setting)
Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience.
Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching:



3–4 years' Educator experienceor2+ years' Lead Educator experience in Australian long day care.
Experience leading a room in a long day care setting
Confidence mentoring other educators
Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
Passion for creating engaging learning environments
Compliance Documentation
Working with Children Check
National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA where applicable)
ACT Child Abuse and Neglect Training (where applicable)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
