The position, but not limited to:
Managing a portfolio located between Mandurah and Rockingham areas.




The role will be predominantly office based focussing on Owner / Tenant communications.
You will be working within a close knit team, supported by a leasing agent, a routine inspection agent, a trust accountant and admin support.
Ideal Candidate:
PM Registration & ideally 2+ years managing a portfolio
Lives in Southern suburbs
Team player and people-centric
Good time management & robust attention to detail
Ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate - written and verbal
Positive can-do attitude | Excellent time management
Immaculate presentation
Current Drivers Licence
