What you'll doAs one of the first points of contact for our members, financial advisers, funeral directors and dealer groups, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting a range of operational activities, including:
Responding to member and adviser enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Processing investor transactions accurately and efficiently
Supporting new business, switches, withdrawals and deceased estate administration
Building trusted relationships through professional, compassionate service
Working collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve the customer experience

About youYou'll thrive in this role if you enjoy helping people,

You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, administration or a similar client-focused role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A professional, empathetic and solutions-focused approach
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience within financial services and RG146 qualifications will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
