The Role:
We are looking for an energetic, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team to help drive bookings, brand awareness and business growth across our diverse portfolio.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of the department and drive a real impact across the business.
Based at our Malaga office, reporting directly to senior management, you'll lead a small internal marketing team while overseeing the planning, execution and performance of marketing initiatives across a varied portfolio of tourism and transport brands.
At Pinnacle Travel Group, no two days are ever the same.
From digital campaigns to content coordination on Rottnest Island to strategic planning in collaboration with operational managers to promote new experiences, there is always a challenge on the horizon.
Ultimately, you'll be responsible for ensuring our incredible brands are promoted to their full potential to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and develop a small marketing team.
Work collaboratively with company leaders to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands
Manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, social media and email marketing.
Oversee website content, SEO and online customer experience.
Coordinate content creation, photography, videography and promotional material.
Manage agency and supplier relationships where required.




Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on ROI and commercial outcomes.
Work closely with operational teams to identify new marketing opportunities.
Protect and strengthen the brand presence across all business units.
Manage overall reporting including department budgets
About you:
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands on and getting involved, while also providing leadership, training and direction to the team.
Ideally you'll have:
3+ Years marketing experience across digital marketing, brand management and campaign delivery.
Previous experience leading & mentoring people while overseeing projects or marketing initiatives.
A strong commercial mindset with a focus on generating bookings, revenue and overall business growth.
Capable of building strong relationships and engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience analysing campaign performance and making data driven decisions.
Tourism, hospitality or travel industry experience will be highly regarded
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
