We are currently seeking aClub Membership Coordinatorto join our team.
The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members while supporting the administration, retention and growth of the Club's membership programs.
About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, your duties may include:
Managing membership enquiries via telephone, email and in person
Administering membership applications, interviews, inductions and onboarding activities
Maintaining accurate membership records, databases and filing systems
Preparing and distributing membership correspondence, including renewals, resignations and category changes
Processing membership payments, subscriptions, joining fees and related financial transactions
Coordinating member communications, newsletters, website updates and promotional information
Preparing membership reports, statistics and administrative documentation
Maintaining registers for lockers, access cards and associated waiting lists




Providing administrative support to the Club Secretary and other departments as required
Assisting with Club governance administration and acting as Club Secretary during periods of leave or absence
What We're Looking For
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience providing qualified customer service to members, guests and stakeholders
Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
