Lead, mentor and make a lasting impact as a Speech Pathologist Team Leader.
We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting both participants and clinicians to achieve their full potential.
This role offers the opportunity to mentor and develop team members, share your clinical expertise, and contribute to the ongoing growth of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities will include:
Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely mannerDeliver much needed Speech Pathology services to participants within schools, homes and the local communityUse clinical observations,



standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeCollaborate with a multidisciplinary teamSupporting graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional developmentBuild a collaborative and supportive environment to help team members achieve high-quality clinical outcomesSupporting clinicians with scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisationMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure complianceWhat we offer you!

Qualifications
To be considered suitable you will have:
Current registration SPA registration as a Speech PathologistExperience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation (3 years minimum)Ability to demonstrate leadership capability to meet key responsibilitiesExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a wide-ranging caseloadProactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from recent ideasDesire to mentor graduates and early career cliniciansLooking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environmentGenuine passion for working in the disability sector
