Our purpose built events space
Our new venue is designed from the ground up for specific gatherings, offering specialised acoustics, and integrated audiovisual tech.
Your role will be to sell this new space within the Perth market.
Our building is located close to Northbridge and only a 10 minute walk to Perth Station and the CBD.
We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive room and venue bookings, secure partnerships, and hunt for current business opportunities.
The Role
This is not a passive order-taking desk job.
You will be the face of our Company, actively hunting for new clients while nurturing our existing accounts.
Your focus will be split between inbound conversion and outbound lead generation.
Key Responsibilities




Drive Revenue:Proactively hunt, pitch, and close sales with target sectors, education partners, and group bookings.
Lead Generation:Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and local and international market activation.
Client Management:Conduct site inspections and deliver outstanding location and venue tours that close deals.
Relationship Building:Maintain relationships with education industry partners, domestic and international education agents and local and international institutions.
Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, front office and sales teams to ensure seamless handover of new clients.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Track Record:2+ years of proactive sales experience.
The "Hunter" Mentality:You love the thrill of the chase, hitting KPIs, and smashing revenue targets.
Exceptional Communication:A confident presenter with negotiation skills that build instant trust.
Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using technology and systems.
Experience with hospitality CRM and event management software (such as HubSpot), as well as RMS, would be an advantage.
Flexibility:Willingness to attend networking events, partner meetings, and client functions outside standard business hours when required.
Domestic and occasional international travel may also be required from time to time.
