Our client is South Australias principal electricity distributor, delivering and maintaining the poles, wires, substations and network services that reliably carry power to hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses across the state while supporting the transition to more renewable and resilient energy systems.
About The Role
The Program Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence reports, dashboards, and system enhancements that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, delivering reporting, insights, and user acceptance testing while supporting continuous improvement across program delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboardsAnalyse multiple data sources to deliver actionable insightsGather, document, and manage business requirementsSupport the development and enhancement of information systemsConduct testing and validation of system and reporting changesPerform report auditing and quality assurance activitiesTroubleshoot system issues and support operational usersCollaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes
Skills And Experience Required




Advanced Power BI skills with strong dashboard development experienceExperience with DAX and SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working with multiple datasets and reporting solutionsUnderstanding of program and project management principlesAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamExperience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system improvements (desirable)
