As a Project Engineer with Synergy Construct, you'll be central to keeping our high rise commercial projects moving, from the earliest stages through to completion.
Your contribution will directly shape project performance, safety and client satisfaction, while giving you the opportunity to build real leadership capability on complex, landmark projects where the outcomes are tangible and the work is anything but ordinary.

Your contribution
In this role, you'll apply your construction expertise, project management skills and experience in construction sequencing to drive the successful execution of commercial projects.
You will:
Support project coordinating from early-stages through to completion.
Develop and monitor project programs and productivity to met objectives.
Communicate, monitor, and coordinate subcontractor activities, identifying risks early, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Develop, implement, and review the Project Quality Plan to meet contract requirements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and optimise outcomes.
Lead and mentor your team, fostering engagement, trust, and a positive, high-performing team culture.
Promote and actively contribute to a proactive site safety culture, ensuring all safety requirements are met.
Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, quality systems, and project delivery.
About you




You bring solid construction experience and the drive to take on a genuine delivery role.
You'll have support around you, but you're someone who backs yourself and takes ownership.
Ideally you'll have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
5+ years' experience in commercial construction, preferably on complex projects.
Experience in high-rise construction is desirable.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Exceptional communication skills, confidently liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop direct reports.
A commitment to teamwork, valuing the "one team" approach.
