Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a Workplace Trainer (non-clinical) to join our Workforce Capability and Development team and make a real impact in building a skilled, capable and confident workforce across BRHS and Orbost Regional Health Service.
The Contract:
Ongoing, Part Time, 48.0 hours per fortnight
The Position:
Working within the Workforce Capability and Development Unit, the Workplace Trainer (non-clinical) provides educational support, training and assessment activities for non-clinical staff across BRHS.

Key responsibilities will include:
Design and deliver engaging training programs and learning resources for non-clinical staff.
Support staff to complete mandatory training and strengthen workplace capability.
Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
Deliver training, assessment and learner support using best-practice adult learning principles.
Contribute to workforce development through education planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
Relevant health industry experience in training, education, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and evaluating learning programs and resources.
Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at Certificate III (Level 3) or above.
Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to motivate, coach and engage and across diverse teams.
Experience in creating engaging learning experiences for staff with varying backgrounds, skills and learning styles.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
