Job description
The Customer Service and Administration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Director in the sales and administration functions of the business.
You will be responsible for the general office administration, for customer enquiries and bookings, maintaining client accounts, liaising with our Fleet and general tasks.
Managing all with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Customer & Account Support: Serve as a liaison between clients and operations team, addressing client inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Data Management & CRM: Maintain accurate customer records, update pricing, and manage database integrity.
Sales Reporting: Compile and report on sales performance metrics.
Administrative Support: Liaise with fleet on job completion, manage correspondence, assist with quoting and invoicing.
Maintain high communication and professionalism with clients and team.

What you need is:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent phone manner and willingness to be of service
Sound computer skills, advantageous experience with: ServiceM8, GHL, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps.
A proactive, reliable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the business
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork
Have a clean National Police Certificate
