A fulltime opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our Sales team at our foodservice branch located in Mackay.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager this position is responsible for providing over the phone customer service and provide a high level of customer service to external customers in addition to performing other administrative tasks, reports and quality assurance tasks and audits
Duties:
Running sales reports and amending and updating customer price files.
Assist key stake holders with reports and enquiries
Report sales data from promotional activities
Document preparation, filing, emails, reports.
Facilitate smooth processing of sales enquiries.
Provide general administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy as required.
Respond to queries via telephone, in person and by email in a qualified and timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel a large requirement
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Success in managing multiple and diverse tasks
Offer a high level of customer service to all stake holders
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry would be an advantage.
