About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join BA Pumps & Sprayers as an Assembler.
As a member of the production team, you will be joining a dedicated team of assemblers and ensuring the productive and high-quality assembly of products at our North Geelong, Victoria facility.

What you'll be doing
Assemble a variety of Agricultural spraying equipment ranging from basic linkage sprayers, larger broadacre linkage sprayers to large custom truck sprayers
Fitting of Agricultural GPS guidance systems and Automatic rate controllers
Sub-Assembly of basic components for spray units
Test, diagnose and repair assembly faults
Keep a safe and organised work environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols
What we're looking for
Several years of experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role
Experience using both hand and power tools
Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Experience working with hydraulics and 12 volt wiring systems
Excellent communication and the ability to work as part of a team
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues




Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace health and safety practices
Commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative mindset
A mechanical trade background with exposure to Agriculture is highly desirable
