About the role
We are seeking an experienced National Manager – In-Service Inspection, Contracts & Projects to lead our national In-Service Inspection (ISI) business.
Based in Adelaide, this senior leadership role is responsible for the operational and commercial success of our ISI function, overseeing major shutdowns, turnarounds, national contracts and strategic client relationships across Australia.
You will work closely with Operations Managers, Business Development teams and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting prospect to influence the future direction of a growing national business while leading a highly capable technical team.
You will spend your time:
Leading the national In-Service Inspection business and providing technical and commercial direction.
Managing key national client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Mechanical Testing services.
Overseeing the planning and successful delivery of major outage, shutdown and turnaround projects.
Managing national contracts and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Working closely with Operations Managers and Business Development teams to grow our service offering across Australia.
Ensuring NATA accreditation, quality systems and regulatory requirements are maintained.
Leading, mentoring and developing inspectors,
coordinators and technical personnel.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective resource planning across multiple business units.
Championing a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
About you
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in asset integrity, inspection or engineering services and have demonstrated success managing large technical teams, projects and client portfolios.
To be successful, you will have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in inspection, maintenance or asset integrity within the oil & gas, energy, mining or heavy industrial sectors.
Proven experience managing contracts, major projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing quotations, budgets and customer relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within ISO Quality Systems and maintaining NATA or equivalent quality standards.
Strong planning and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
Experience with In-Service Inspection, pressure equipment inspection and asset integrity programs will be highly regarded.
