We have a friendly team in a brand current office in Varsity Lakes.
Our core business sells personal/ medical alarms, they are essentially a sos button with built in fall detector that seniors or lone workers use in duress.
We need a someone to join our team who will enter contact numbers, sensitivity settings etc into alarms before dispatch as per programming forms.
Devices are programmed by computer and tablet.
Someone experienced or interested in IT, computers or technology would be well suited.
No experience necessary.
The role will progress to phone support for existing customers.
Applicant needs to be polite and patient.
Role is either part time 3 days or full time 5 days, depending on availability and the candidate.
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday from our office in Varsity Lakes.
