The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join our established Burleigh Heads clinic on a full-time basis.
Part-time will be considered for the right applicant.
In this role,



you will use and develop your clinical skills to make a real difference in your patients' lives, not just treat their pain.
You'll bring strong communication skills, a cooperative mindset, and a drive to keep growing your knowledge and expertise.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
· Retaining and growing our large existing patient base by building a loyal caseload.
· Treating sports and general musculoskeletal injuries, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, NDIS, workover and DVA patients.
· Providing holistic patient care through strong diagnostic and prognostic skills, with a focus on optimal health outcomes.
· Constructing and implementing rehabilitation and strength programs.
· Communicating effectively with our well-established referral network, including GPs, sports physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and coaching staff of sports teams.
· Contributing to and participating in our internal Professional Development program.

Additionally, the successful applicant will have/be:
· A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current, full AHPRA registration.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients quickly.
· Sound clinical reasoning skills, applied confidently in practice.
· A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
· Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own caseload effectively.
Who We Are
Burleigh Central Physio was established over 30 years ago, with our current owner and principal physiotherapist taking over the practice 10 years ago.
Since then, it has grown into a well-respected physiotherapy practice servicing the Burleigh and greater Gold Coast community.
We work with professional and semi-qualified sports teams, as well as families and community members, offering comprehensive services including musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, Pilates, and subspecialties such as vertigo and headache management.
