About The Role
As a Clinical Assistant, you will provide essential support to our team of Radiographers, Sonographers, and Nurses while ensuring patients receive a high standard of care at our busy South West Health Campus in Bunbury.
This is a role, offering flexibility and exposure across multiple imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting radiographers and other clinical staff during imaging proceduresSupporting patient care by understanding relevant clinical backgrounds and ensuring accurate patient identificationPreparing and supporting patients before, during, and after imaging examinationsUndertaking patient cannulation and preparation for imaging across multiple modalities, including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and interventional proceduresObtaining and confirming patient consent in accordance with clinical and organisational policiesPatient transport and provision of general clinical assistanceMaintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised clinical environmentStock management and preparation of imaging equipmentAdhering to infection control standards and workplace health and safety requirements
About You




Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting (desirable but not essential)Certificate III or IV in Health Services Assistance or similar (preferred but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, compassionate, and patient-focusedFlexible availability and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable with a strong work ethic
