GLC Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our boutique agency based in Coogee.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately140 propertieswithin a supportive team workplace.
Hours are negotiable and can be discussed during the interview.
What's Included
This role allows you to focus on managing your portfolio, with many of the time-consuming tasks completed by other team members.
You willnotbe responsible for:
Ingoing Property Condition Reports (PCRs)
Routine inspections
Final bond inspections
Organising or completing inspection reports
Saturday home opens
After-hours emergency phone calls
Being on an after-hours roster
Our dedicated Inspections Manager completes all property inspections and reports, while the Director manages all after-hours emergency calls and Saturday home opens.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties
Responding to owner and tenant enquiries via phone and email
Preparing lease renewals
Preparing Management Authorities
Issuing tenancy notices




Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
Processing tenancy applications
Liaising with the Inspections Manager regarding maintenance identified during inspections
Conducting weekday home opens for prospective tenants
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous Property Management experience (essential)
Current WA Property Management Registration
Up-to-date CPD requirements
Experience using Property Tree, iProperty Express and InspectRealEstate (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage a portfolio efficiently
A professional approach and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
