About your service: Kilvington Grammar School, Ormond
Hourly Rate: $***** to $***** Per Hour + 12% Super.
Additional payment of $2.07 to $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
Days Required: Monday to Friday.
Five days per week required
Before School Care: 7 am to 9 am
After School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Total Hours: 28 hours and 45 minutes per week
Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week
Contract: Casual
Career development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award

As ourOSHC Service Coordinatoryou will:
Be the Visionary: You're the boss of the service!
You'll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork




What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You've got (or is studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more.
