About the role
We are seeking a qualified Fitter Turner/ Maintenance Fitter to join our busy maintenance team.
This role will see you undertaking regular PM's, machinery repairs, assist in break downs and project upgrades.
In addition, you will be focused on design and install of daily pre-start procedures, LOTO projects, H&S; projects and staff training on machine functions.
This is a Full time, permanent role.
We work 6am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours) with occasional overtime.
What we are looking for:
Qualified Fitter Turner or Mechanical Fitter
Experience repairing pneumatic tools
Hydraulic machinery knowledge and expertise
Installation, modification and upgrading of equipment
Undertake in-house machining, fabrication, welding and repairs
Ability to attend plant breakdowns in a timely manner
Current Forklift Ticket is essential
Elevated work platform (EWP) accreditation will be highly regarded.
