Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experiencedSite Managerto lead the delivery of a$30M retail projectbased in Geelong.

The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Drive programme outcomes and maintain construction schedules.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with OH&S; and quality requirements.
Conduct site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve on-site issues.
Maintain strong site documentation and reporting.




About YouProven experience as a Site Manager deliveringcommercial retail projects.
Experience on projects valued at$20M+will be highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of retail construction, staged works and live environments.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
