About The Role
As our Account Manager you will work with food & beverage manufacturers in South Australia and Northern Territory, to enhance operational water efficiency, food safety and product quality.
You will be responsible for providing customised programs and services that help our dairy, brewing, beverage, protein and food processing industries reduce water and energy consumption, improve water quality, enhance water safety, and conserve natural resources.
You will build relationships with existing customers in Adelaide, Darwin, Alice Springs and surrounding region, by understanding their key business drivers and developing solutions unique to their environment.
You will visit customer sites, taking the time to understand their processes and work closely with our technical support team to develop innovative solutions.
This is a role where you can make a difference to every customer you visit.
The solutions you develop will have lasting impacts on improving water quality for your clients and significantly reducing the water wastage whilst enhancing the continuity of water safety.
This is a Fixed Term Contract with the opportunity to go permanent
What You Will Be Responsible For
Delivering customised water treatment programsSupporting customers to reduce water and energy usage, improve equipment reliability,



and enhance production outcomesBuilding trusted relationships by understanding customers' key business drivers and operational prioritiesPartnering with internal technical experts to develop and implement innovative, site‐specific solutionsIdentifying opportunities to optimise customers' Total Cost of OperationsProviding basic on‐site service to equipment, reporting, and ongoing account support
Our Preferred Candidate May Have
Ideally a tertiary qualification (chemical, mechanical, industrial) though not essential.Working knowledge or interest in water treatment systemsAn understanding of drinking water legionella managementNot scared to roll their sleeves up and do some physical workAbility to problem solve and deliver solutionsStrong relationship building skills.Open to travel with the occasional overnight stay including trips to the Northern Territory.
